One lease, a whole group of hunters
A lease is often signed by one person and paid for by six. Collecting each share, tracking who is still short, and getting the money to the landowner falls on whoever volunteered.

Lease payments and club dues usually come due once a year or before the season opens. A missed payment is not a late month, it is a member on ground that has not been paid for.
Liability needs paperwork
A careful landowner wants a written lease and a signed waiver from everyone who hunts the property, and a folder of paper forms is hard to keep current as members come and go.
An invoice per member, or one for the lease
Bill each member their share on their own invoice, or put the whole lease on a single invoice with every member on it so any of them can pay. Recurring billing is monthly only, so annual or seasonal dues are one-off invoices: set the amount and the due date, and reminders and receipts take it from there. Members pay by bank transfer or card, and by default they cover the processing fee.
The lease and waiver, signed and stored
Send the lease and a liability waiver to each member for e-signature and keep the signed copies with that member's record. When the roster changes, the new member signs before the season and the history stays put. Waiver rules vary by state, so have an attorney review what yours says.
Pairs with the farm lease on the same ground
If the land also carries a cash rent farm lease, run both from one account: the farm tenant and the hunters each get their own invoices, expenses are tracked by category, and reports with CSV export give your tax preparer the year's numbers. The free plan covers up to three properties.
