# RentMerchant

> RentMerchant is online rent collection software for independent landlords and small property managers in the United States. Landlords collect rent by bank transfer (ACH) or card, automate invoices, reminders, late fees and autopay, and manage tenants, leases, maintenance and owner statements in one place. Tenants can pay online, and landlords can also record offline payments such as checks.
